We believe buying running shoes should be simple
StrideGuide was built for runners who are tired of endless scrolling, confusing specs, and shoes that don't fit when they arrive. We combine real shoe knowledge with a guided shopping experience to help you choose well the first time — and fix it fast when you don't.

Our story
Every runner has a version of the same story: you spend hours reading reviews, comparing models, second-guessing your choice — then the shoes arrive and something doesn't feel right. Too narrow in the toe box. Not enough heel stability. Wrong amount of cushion for your stride.
StrideGuide exists because finding the right running shoe shouldn't require a sports science degree. We built a curated store with a quick fit quiz that maps your goals, foot shape, and running surface to a shortlist of 3–5 models — each explained in plain language so you understand the tradeoffs before you buy.
And when fit isn't perfect on the first try (it happens), our exchange process is fast, simple, and builds a fit history that makes your next purchase even better.

Our design principles
Start with the decision
We present the minimum information you need to choose, then let you expand when you want more detail.
Make tradeoffs explicit
We show what changes when a spec changes — comfort, stability, feel — without judgment.
Progress over perfection
We encourage a best-next step (shortlist, two sizes, exchange) instead of analysis paralysis.
One action per moment
Each screen has a primary action that matches what you came to do.
Consistency earns trust
The same terms, units, and comparison patterns everywhere — so you always know what you’re looking at.
Ready to find your match?
Take the fit quiz and see what StrideGuide recommends for your running goals and foot shape — it takes about 2 minutes.
